How we pack

Every cut is vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen at peak freshness. Orders ship in insulated packaging with dry ice or gel coolant sized to the order, built to keep product cold well beyond the expected delivery window.

Delivery

We ship frozen orders by expedited and overnight service through national carriers so product spends as little time in transit as possible. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed; a short carrier delay typically does not affect the quality or safety of your order, and product arriving partially thawed but still cold is normal. Auto Ship members receive recurring deliveries on their chosen cadence (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Free shipping

The Founding Round boxes ship free overnight in the lower 48. On everything else, orders of $250 and above ship free overnight. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery area

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available yet.
